System Monitor Statistics

The statistics here are not guaranteed to be accurate, they are only to get a general idea of your server's health. We attempt to gather stats by two different methods to help make sure the information is as accurate as possible.

The system info method uses a PHP plugin to get information from various system files. If your server does not allow PHP to examine these files, then it can not get stats via system info.

The other method that is attempted uses actual running processes that the server is doing at the time of gathering the stats. This method only looks at the processes named httpd and mysqld so additional tasks your server is doing are not taken into account. Also because this uses the actual system processes, it produces a more accurate picture of what your server was doing at that instant. The downside is that some production servers do not allow PHP to request this information.
